The party room is appointed with a custom bar and barstools, and antique pieces line the walls, including a vintage "International Harvester" fridge (storage only), making it an ideal prep area for caterers or a dedicated beverage station.

Lush landscaping provides a colorful, ever-changing backdrop: seasonal flowerbeds, berry bushes, and even tobacco and cotton plants flourish here. Pick your own figs and persimmons beneath the pergola for a personal touch to your menu or dessert table. The pergola sitting area, warmed by vintage-style lighting and a wood‑burning brick oven, is perfectly suited for mingling, dancing, or guest seating; it connects directly to the party room via an adjoining walkway.

For casual entertainment, an operating wood stove, horseshoe pit, and custom corn‑hole boards are available at no extra charge. Outdoor restrooms add convenience for guests. Finely crafted front and back decks offer bench seating and rocking chairs, and a screened porch off the back deck provides a comfortable, covered spot close to the house.
